Mills over-order. Houses cancel. Thousands of metres of premium fabric sit in warehouses waiting for landfill. We buy it at the gate, log every bolt, and cut small numbered runs with partner workshops in Porto, Okayama and Prato. Each garment carries its number, its fabric source and its maker.
